need help i had went in default about 5 months ago i have 2 loans on the house when i have told the lender i was having problems finacial with my mom in the hospital and dr bills for her i fell behind on payments they told me to pay the 2nd loan not the 1st now i have been talking to them every week due to the fact that it is going in a trustee sale they said they can not work with me is there any way i can keep my home
