Foreclosure

The bank just sent me a letter stating that I was two house payments behind. I missed a payment in July and August and have made a payment every month after August. They told me that I had 10 days from the date of the letter to come up with three house payments or they would foreclose. I am in the State of Kansas. I can't find anything on how many days notice they have to give you and let you catch up the payments. I was told it was 30 days from the date of the letter. Does anyone know where I could find the answer?
