: my husband bought a home on a hud loan 4 yrs. ago,1 mo. before marriage, so iam not on it,, we are in a forclosure,been trying to sell with no luck, tried to get a loan in my name but credit not good enough, cant rent it cause hud loan, own small bussiness so loans are hard to get, we found a new home on a rent to own but don't know what to do with first home, and after forclosure will we qualify for loan to buy out land contact? help, lost and confused
