what seems to be the problem? i was foreclosed upon yesterday and in todays' economy i feel fortunate to have owned the house at one time, in other words, if you are indeed a victim of predatory or MORTGAGE LENDING FRAUD, then perhaps you have something like i to work with, what is your immediate need? filing a bankruptcy if you can afford one or filing a bankruptcy without a lawyer, or modify the loan on YOUR TERMS....who the heck wants a house worth 40 percent less than it was worth in 2005 or 2006? have i helped? let me know
