Yes, you need legal advise from an attorney expert in foreclosure law. Not read the statutes here (which are written in legaleze anyway).

A lot of what is written lately is dangerously close to legal advise, if not actual legal advise according to several real estate attorneys reviewing the posts. Also, often articles cited from various sources are written to a much broader audience then the person asking the question. Take with a grain of salt and understand it was not written for your situation. General advise only.

And a disclosure of not being an attorney won't cut it if it is indeed legal advise.

Real Estate is local as is foreclosure law.

Get local assistance. And quickly.
