Will title report show what exactly is going to be sold at sheriff sale? We have a deed for the property dated 2002 when the owner borrowed the money from the bank. The property contained 10 tracks (pieces of land) about 40 acres alltogether. On the sheriff sale's paper there are only four trucks (#1,#3,#4,#5). Who can tell us what piece of property the house is located?? (#2 is missing if you see) Can we see that from the title report? We want this property very much but do not want to end up buying a piece of land without a house. The owner borrowed the money against the whole property, now there is only portion on that on the sale. Who can clear it out for us?
