As Julio states there are lots of people out there that claim to have access. Many don't. They are more a "friend of a friend of a friend" or what the business refers to as a "daisy chain".

I would go to the real estate investor forums and make your request. You will get a ton of replies. But most of the legit ones will not even talk to you if you are not the end buyer or a direct representative.

And just so you know this is a consumer site, not an investor site. Not much dealing with bulk REO.
