Thank you Bill H for taking the time to comment. I am an Ohio resident and the foreclosure against me is also on an Ohio property. I know about the now many foreclosure petitions that have been dismissed without prejudice by three federal judges, one in Cleveland, one in Columbus and the other in Dayton. There have also been dismissals by Ohio common pleas judges in a number of counties for the same reasons. I suppose in all of these cases the homeowners are holding their breaths waiting and hoping for a favorable outcome. I guess we will all eventually see how the scales held by the blind Lady of Justice finally tip.
