Foreclosure after Bankrupsty

Help, I have not paid my morgage in 4 months, I already filled bankruptcy to stop foreclosure, now what do I do. I can now pay my morgage,especially if I was to get a lower interest rate, but my lendor wont let me unless I have a down payment for the morgages I missed. I want to stay in my home, but if I need to do a quick sale the realtors say I need to sell it $200 thousand less than I owe, will I have to pay back the money that is still owed on the loan, or since my credit is already destroyed from bankruptcy should I just foreclose.
