I didn't see anything too untoward. Mortgage servicers are complex organizations, and I have found (and wrote about) how screwed up they are when providing information to borrowers or authorized third parties gleaned from a calling center computer screen. Like one hand not knowing what the other hand is doing.
Mortgage loan servicers are always losing files, ignoring emails, not returning telephone calls, etc.
I am working with one mortgage loan servicer who is about to lose its interest ($145,000) in the property because of an ignored tax sale. And it simply doesn't care.
If you can afford an extra $300 or so each month, call your lawyer and find out if the bankruptcy can be reinstated or refiled. ASAP
