when would lender issue 1099? After he is able to forclose and sell it? What happens if he cant sell it?
How does this thing works? "Also the lender may give you "cash for keys" for the deed in lieu"
I am not planning to stay longer due to health conditions as its 2 hours commute/day one way to work.
