If you are going to be late making a payment. First, contact your lender before your due date and tell them why. They will be more understanding.
If your payment is late you should try to borrow the money from family and friends first. If you can't borrow from people you know try to borrow from a private lender.
If your receive a loan from a private lender, make sure they are not placing a lien on your home or asking you to sign over the deed to your home. This could really hurt you if you are late making a payment.
I have a network of private lender's that can loan you the money without placing a lien on your home or asking you to sign over your deed.
