Three things here as I see them:

1. Do you have a Lease....or...a Lease with an Option to Purchase. You should have documentation showing which one.

2. If just a lease...yes, the bank or new owner at the sale will have you evicted after a certain number of days.

3. If it is lease with option...see your attorney immediately....you have rights under the option.
