Julio, thanx again for your replies.
I won my objection to sale! Judge ruled that his reason for objection was not valid. So now i have this question for you. I was able to work a deal with the defendant's buyer who happens to be the defendant's nephew. The defendant wants to stay in the property for; first he asked me 30 days, then 15 days, i never replied. but since his nephew is buying his house (we signed a contract last thursday), i was wondering what liability do i have with the defendant living in what will soon be legally my house? (i havnt received title yet). I know since it was a foreclosure there are no tenant/landlord laws that pertain to this.
