Thank you for your words and quick response. The only confusing point I have is your referance to landlord/tenant regarding the eviction process I am talking about, but I was the one who bought the condo/signed the mortgage papers and not a tenant of the condo. I am speaking of an eviction of myself as the original 'home/condo' buyer.
