Deficiency judgement

There is a lot on this forum about the possibility of a deficiency
judgement.

In reality, does anyone know how frequent this occurs? For example, in
100 foreclosures with a deficiency, how many of these cases will result
in the lender pursuing a judgement?

Also, does anyone here have personally experienced of a deficiency
judgement or know anyone who has gone through this?
