I also blame our mtg company for the mess we are in. I know the appraiser really milked the appraisal in order to get the numbers to work. I know there is no way our house is worth what he said it is. Our kitchen floor is sinking in, the garage roof is caving in. How can our house be approved for $210,000. There is no way. Plus, when I do the figures, when I look at the percentage of income that is going to mtg, it should be around 20-25%.... mine is at 43%. I was a fool to agree to it, but I think they were the bigger fool to let it happen.
