I think I understand. After a property is foreclosed upon by the lender there may be "personal type" items left (your appliances, portable air conditioning, etc.). In other words, not attached to the property. Not fixtures.
Lenders will typically not allow these items to be addressed in the purchase agreement. However, they will stay. You buy the property "as is". And if they have these things they stay.
If you have a concern, just verify with the listing company. When I am asked about appliances by potential buyers and I am the bank's agent I just tell them that I do not sell off the appliances to make a quick buck.
Although there was a real nice washer dryer set in one house... :>)
