Thank you for all of your help.
so i am trying to sell this property. I have ordered title insurance. The title people called me today, they are a new title company. They told me that their are 2 county liens on the property which i already new of. I expained to them that these were wiped out because they were recorded after the LP and the FSJ. That they would have only needed satisfied if the previous owner had tried to sell his property. But since it went to foreclosure and again the liens were recorded after the LP and FSJ and the property went to foreclosure those liens are gone. Ive talked to numerous investors about this and they have confirmed this for me. Was wondering what your take on this was?
