I'm sorry but your posting doesn't make any sense as written! You ask "Are items listed as free to the buyer in the sales contract theirs to keep in a foreclosure". First off there is no a sales contract when the bank/lender forecloses on a property! To what contract are you referring? Please clarify what you mean!
