As far as I know ... absolutely not ... but perhaps in other geographical locations ... who knows! A Deed-In-Lieu is when the lender voluntarily allows you to turn you property back over to them ... avoiding foreclosure costs! The only way I heard the expression "Keys for Cash" is after a foreclosure sale and the successful bidder and new owner offers the residing default borrower "cash" to vacate quickly, thereby avoiding eviction proceedings!
