Agree completely. Sheriff Sales have all kind of hidden traps for the inexperienced. This one is extra complicated so even greater danger for the novice.

What state are you in? Is there a redemption period?

And as stated you need to know exactly who is foreclosing. Any one but the first will result in an "inheritance" that you don't want. And with all those liens there will probably be other bidders as NJD said.

You might want to skip this one. Just a thought.
