foreclosure and defficiency judgements timeline in florida

1) bought the house in florida for $180 in december 2005, got an 80/20
2) house is now barely worth $140
3) mortgage (ridiculous arm) is going to adjust next month... current mortgage, plus association dues, plus taxes, plus insurance is $1800.. currently have it rented for $1100
4) i have decided that is does not make sense to keep floating $700 for a depreciating asset, plus the fact that when the arm adjusts next month i will begin to start floating more...
5) what is the current foreclosure timeline in fl.. taking into accord the backlog they must have and so forth? i am hoping to get as much rental money as possible before they come and seize the house.
6) and finally.. the likelyhood that the second is going to spend attorney money to slap me with a deficiency judgement knowing well that i cant pay it and will subsequently just file a bk....

*** thanks to anyone who reads this and responds back....
