what happens to credit cards in foreclosure

get guys I think I might be having to go through a foreclosure on my property. I bought this house and lived in it with my girlfriend and now we are having problems causing her to move out and putting me in a bad position. I am not making enough to pay for the house. I have a 780 credit score and know this will hurt my credit but how will this affect my current car lease and credit cards at terrific rates. I put myself in this position by buying this home based on both our income
