Why are my posts being deleted, they are unique. It is not like i am just copying and pasting s postI truly am trying to lend a helping hand and offer my expertise in these very crucial foreclosure scenarios that the people on this site are involved in. My response to Jeremy may have been one of the best things hen mwould have ever came on the internet to read. He didnt even kjnow he was able to buy his current home that he is a tennant at from his landlord who is going into foreclosure. Scary situation that turns much brighter when someone like myself puts Jeremy in the know anout all of the excellent mortgage programs thaqt are available with excellent interest rates, FIXED RATES, As little as 3% to 0$ downpayment and can also have a 6% seller contribution towards the buyers closing costs.

Now if you tell me i was just trying to solicit Jeremy that is flat out wrong. I truly am trying to help and hope the message reaches him even though my post was deleted almost immediately.

Please reconsider letting my posts stay active on here.. I could really help alot of people oin here and i truly beleive that. I have only been reading and responding to posts on this site for a little over a week now and i love it. I have gotten emailed back by 4-5 people asking for my help. Didnt charge any of them any consukting fees. Just offered them my expertise to better prepare them for the situations they are going into. These lending institutions are predators and wolves. If you go into the ring without someone who is more then qualified then you are going to be eaten alive. I am actually saving 9 out of every 10 people going into foreclosure if they want to save their homes. That is a real statistic and with my work i could make this site much more popular. trust me.
