Considering Foreclosure due to divorce

I'm looking for advice...my situation is this: my wife is divorcing me, we bought a house (in Anaheim CA, April 2007) but I am the only one on the loan and title (100% finance with a first at $468k and HELOC of $117k). I cannot make the payment at all-my wife had the income, I had the good credit but that is all over. Will the lender (Chase) be able to come after me for the balance owed on the HELOC? The lender is aware of what we are trying to do. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
