The typical "agreement" in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy plan is you give up unprotected assets to be liquidated, including the mortgaged dwelling and then your debt is discharged.

What you wrote <only as long as you follow the agreement> suggests either you have info none of the rest of us have or you don't have the info the rest of us do.
