Good point. Too many of us novices think up language that we feel will pass for legalize.
But we may not be saying it correctly. Or worse, we may actually saying something entirely different or at least open to interpretation.
A real estate attorney should be drafting this kind of verbiage.
That said if you do some basic internet searches I am sure there is some boiler plate out there that one of the non-profit group's legal staff drafted. But I would still have it blessed.
