No one knows how this will work out. In terms of a broad brush, that is EACTLY what readers need to read!

They need to egt OUT of the FEAR mode and start to take CHARGE of their lives! Too many have already walked away from their homes our of fear tatctics by lenders. Too many are being prayed upon by work out compnaies that the individual could ahve done themselves. This is a time for home owners to learn about financial matters that they should have known in the first place!

My vote is for ahving "faith" in ones self they can work this out! There are far too many people in this situation for them to feel alone! As a group they have POWER! They just need to grasp the reins and run with their new found strength.

I'm SELLING HOPE and a bright new future, out of a time of despair!

That's my bottom line!
