Nick -

The property still has not been foreclosed on by the 1st bank. They removed themselves from the ch 7 by requesting a stay, the 2nd bank did not respond. Our short sale fell through because bank 2 was uncooperative and now bank 1 wants to do a loan mod with us. Thoughts?
