Possible cash for keys

If you do stay the bank may offer cash for keys. We recently had a case where a triplex went back to the bank with renters in all three units. All were offered moving allowance in exchange for leaving the units clean and empty of personal items (ie, junk).

Of course, no one admitted to owning all the junk in the basement. Oh well, they did leave the units quite clean.
