I am in the exact same situation, except there is only one lender on my condo. Loan Bal is 100k over market value. Cannot rent it! Ready to walk away, have stopped making the first loan payment, but still paying the condo assoc, since dont neet to deal with that problem too right now. Please advise your progress!
