foreclosure with line of equity

hello I am going through a real stressful situation I currently have three homes I am forced to lose one due to financial hardship i havent made payments on the mortgage since july/august my credit has already been affected I tried to rent it out but that was impossible mareket value really fell in that area selling my other homes is out of the question one is my primary residence and the other well my children live there but my concern is if I let the property foreclose does the kine of equity go with it aswell or is someone goig to try to come after my other properties please help any information will due I am located in southern california
