That said, I would approach Countrywide with your job plan. Probably even better would be to go ahead and have your wife go full time and you get that other part time job so you can show them what you are doing.
I am not a big fan of bankruptcy because it really is a stall tactic before losing the house. From my experience you will pretty much lose any work out potential after that step is taken.
Are you going up the ladder of command at Countrywide?
Perhaps some of our readers have a good contact in the Loss Mitigation department?
