you probably haven't heard from anyone because most of the banks are restructuring their systems right now and no one really knows how or when your sale date will be set. Sometimes, the sale date can be extended to work out a negotiation. Countrywide for instance isn't even foreclosing on anything right now because their new owner "Bank of America" aka "your tax dollars" is trying to qualify files for the new Home Retenetion Act that cam out a little while ago.
