Are you saying that the person or company that buys at auction has to pay the lien? I don't understand what you are trying to say.... I am getting the impression that when auctioned the person or company has to pay the lien. Am I reading this right?? Let me know what you think and I will take your advise about talking to a tax attorney. Please reply. Thank You..
