Oh yes, and my opinion as well, is that Banks would once again start lending let's say on cars, payroll credit for Businesses that rely on supplementation between contracts, and open far more lending markets that are suffering besides real estate, that have come to a screeching hault BECAUSE of the real estate market - Another by product of moving these REO properties through the system quickly and efficiently.
