I am of the same opinion that REO business is not a good thing at all. And in that, my position is the process itself is creating a worse situation. The REO sector is a result of a situation done and gone-however, the REO will continue to supress individuals, their communities, employment and economies, if the Banks/investors continue their mindset and antiquated processes.
