Foreclosure in CA

Long story, short. Can't keep house any longer. Last payment on equity loan August 2008. Last payment on 1st mortgage September, 2008. Question: When do you think I'll have to vacate the house? I have heard so many different time lines....by my calculations the equity loan became delinquent as of September,2008 and the 1st mortgage as of October, 2008.

I have received a notice of default dated November 9, 2008 on the 1st mortage. I have not received a notice yet on the equity loan.

I am trying to plan where to live before I become homeless but I don't know how long I have.....

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
