Perhaps you should contact your attorney about ammending your bankruptcy... and, while attempting a short sale, offer the lender a deed in lieu of foreclosure.

Your credit will be pretty much shot ... but trying to avoid a Sheriff's Sale would, if successful, be worth the effort.
