Cliff, Please note the original lender was Option One they are no longer in business nor are they servicing their loans. I was referred to American Home Loans Servicing Inc. They indicated to me the forclosure is on hold, but I rec'd in mail sale date is Dec. 15. I will be contacting them tomorrow per my legal councils instructions. Are you aware of the Federal Mandate called HOPE?? I understand that this could be a fund to access for loan modification. Thank you for your time and concern. Eliz
