DJ's: Conflicting messages on All-Foreclosure home page

The AP article on the All-foreclosure homepage says that Texas is an anti-deficiency state, yet the chart on "Foreclosure procedures for all states" shows Texas to be "possible and practical" with regard to DJ's. How can both be true? Thanks for all past help. This is a very helpful website. KG
