Countrywide??

I have been currently behind on my payments by 40-50 days for three months with Countrywide. I make one monthly payment and late fees. It is a nightmare to call them with any questions. Taday's call put me through "9", yes 9, transfers to reach the Retention Dept.. Afterwhich I got an Indian outsource agent that I could hardly hear and had the enthusiasem of a dead body. I cant make the back payments up at this time so I was asking for a payment plan or restrusturing, etc..
After taking all of my info his reply was,"we cant help you in anyway", you should sell the house ??? Loan $250K, value $260k, income $72K, minimal unsecured debt.. How do I not qualify for any assistance ?? 30 fixed FHA ???What should I do ???
