Actually we did miss a payment 6 months ago and just kept paying the mortgage except that 1 missed payment. We recieved a few calls in 6 months and I told them I don't have the money. Finally I pulled 5k off my credit card to pay it.

So I don't understand your answer. 6 months would get us by with not paying and sving for the move with renting a place, 1st last and deposit.

So my question is how do you streach out to 6 months since I am reading that 4 months is the time line for california.?
