I call it fraugulant when you are sent papers with one term and get down to the office to sign and the terms have changed. Also the first loan was sold or given to the 2nd and it was the same thing and then a 3rd time. Finally on my own I called countrywide for a REAL loan. Well thats wehn we found out the only loan and terms were a interest only and high ass payment. We have been suffereing with the payment for a year and a few months, always behind. I feel terrible being one of the people in this situation and am embarrased. This is why I want the least impact on my kids and family moving after school. I need to make a plan NOW to move in June.

any advice to strech out a forclosure to 6 months?
