Chances are that you are corrct in your observtion of an attorney change. Since they are in Bk, they may have to hire a different attorney. In addition, since they are in bk, Iwould think that the matter should be heard in Fedeal court, or at least stayed in state court untill bk issues are resolved or dismissed and sent back to state court.
