Loan Mod scammers are giving loan mods a bad name

Loan Modifications can be very useful. Unfortunately,
scammers are giving loan modifications a bad name. It
is very hard for a homeowner to get the same results
as a professional consultant working with attorneys.
Can it be done? Absolutely, but most people do not
have the time and/or know-how to handle the case
properly. Most of the time the biggest portion of the
fee goes to the attorneys.
