I mean if the law says the HOME is the only thing they can take, and the first loan takes the home by their rights, then the second gets nothing? I mean is that why second loans are much higher % in california? It was confusing to me to think that they will just have to "live with it" and get no money. I dont have many assets to be sued for anyway, but its worrisome.
