you are not in default yet. You will be in default when they file a notice of default. About 4 payments or more missed. Usually 6 nowadays. You will get a registered letter stating you are in default and it was filed on such and such a date. Before that they will send a letter, but until filed you are not on the clock. Once filed no sooner than 3 months after you will get a notice of trustee sale, to occur no sooner than 28 days later. So you still have about 5 months till you have to be ready to move.
