My opinion as well. Scammers exist on all sides of the foreclosure equation. And an owner who can't afford the property even with loan mods who is then stalling to stay really through cutsy legal wrangling isn't fair to any of us as we will be the ones who end up paying.
There are, of course, legit situations of predatory loans. But there are people who are using this to cheat the system even though they have no cause.
